• Trim wick to 1/4 " tall before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.
• Allow enough time for the wax to melt almost completely to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling. Some wax residue may occur on the sides. This will resolve itself when the wick gets about midway down the vessel.
• Keep candles on a flat, fire resistant surface.
• Always burn candles within sight and away from drafts and things that can catch fire.
• Do not burn candles longer than 3-4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning when 1/2" of unmelted wax remains.
• Use a snuffer to put out the flame.
• When not in use, use the lid provide to prevent dust or dirt to collect.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

When your Sailor’s Speakeasy Candle has finished burning, the adventure continues! Our thick glass vessel is stylish, durable, and begging for a second life. To reuse, let any remaining wax solidify, pop it out, and gently wash the vessel with warm soapy water (do not put in dishwasher).
