Orders
It depends on where you are. We prepare your package within 1-3 business days. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, packages usually take 5-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We do not ship overseas at this time.
For orders above $99, shipping is free to the Continental U.S. Shipping costs for orders below $99 are determined by weight and destination.
For One-Time Box orders, enjoy free shipping to the Continental U.S. for orders over $99, and a $9.95 flat rate for orders below $99.
Free shipping is offered for Build Your Own Beach Box (BYOB) bundles over $99, while a $9.95 flat rate applies for orders under $99.

Please note: Oceanista subsidizes shipping costs for our subscription members, one-time boxes, and beach box bundles. The average cost of our beach boxes are $14. 95 to ship within the Continental U.S. and as much as $19.50 to Alaska and Hawaii. Please be sure your address is up-to-date in your account prior to your subscription(s) recurring and shipping out. Oceanista is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a subscription and/or beach box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be incurred to reship your order.
Oceanista will not be held liable for any additional import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees incurred at the time of entry. Any items, gift boxes, or beach bundles returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, and/or customs fees will not be reshipped and no refund will be processed on your products, subscription, or shipping costs.
Oceanista reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and beach box orders.
Simply shoot us an email at hello@oceanista.com with photo evidence and we'll send out a replacement to you.
If you ordered more than one item, your items may arrive in separate shipments if they are produced by different manufacturers.

Sand Dollar Reward® points will appear in your account 30 days after your order is fulfilled and you can begin using them as soon as you've reached 500 reward points!

Simply visit our Sand Dollar Rewards Page where you will find instructions on how to access your account. You will also be able to keep track and spend your Sand Dollars® any way you choose!
Please note that Sand Dollars® expire after 1 year of inactivity.
Subscription(s)
If you need to skip or cancel your subscription you may do so at any time by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscription" and clicking either "skip" or "cancel" subscription.
Please ensure you opt to skip your order before the next auto-renewal date if you wish to skip the next subscription order.
You can reactivate your subscription(s) at any time by logging into your Account. Simply click 'Manage Subscription' once you are logged in and click 'Add A Product'.
You can also email us at hello@oceanista.com and we would be happy to reactivate for you - Your card will be charged at midnight upon reactivation of your subscription.
Simply shoot us an email at hello@oceanista.com with photo evidence and we'll send out a replacement to you.
You can update your address by logging into your account, or emailing us at hello@oceanista.com.
Important: Changing your shipping address once your subscription order has populated does not change your shipping address for that order. In this case, you will need to email us at hello@oceanista.com immediately.
Please make sure you receive a confirmation email from us that your address has been changed for the subscription box order that has populated and keep this as a receipt in case we need to reference back to it.
Oceanista is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $9.95 will be charged to reship the package.
Oceanista is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS/UPS or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office or by a friendly neighbor for pick up to ensure safe delivery.
Important note: Changing your shipping address in your account after your subscription order has populated does not change your shipping address for that order. In this case, you will need to email us at hello@oceanista.com immediately to change your address on that order.

Unfortunately subscriptions are final sale items and do not qualify for returns. We suggest gifting your items to a loved one as most of our items are suitable for regifting!
Unfortunately, the contents of our boxes are handcrafted ahead of time and we are unable to replace the item with something else. You can always swap your subscription for another themed box in your Account. An item you don't love could also make a wonderful gift! Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new items from OCEANISTA. But if for some reason your order isn’t just right, we have a simple, no-hassle exchange and return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging, and within 15 days of delivery, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We do not accept exchanges or returns if it has been more than 15 days from the time of delivery.Â
Please contact us at customercare@oceanista.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a sale item and falls within our Return Policy. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping and handling charges for returns over 15 days.
OCEANISTA asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.
Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
OCEANISTA Trading Company LLC, in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be processed.
The following items are not refundable/returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: Subscription Boxes, One-Time Boxes, Mystery Boxes, Limited Edition Boxes, Beach Bundles, Mini Curated Boxes, Discounted & Sale Items, Final Sale Items, BOGO Sale items, Holiday items & Personalized Items.
Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Email your request to customercare@oceanista.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to OCEANISTA and the original return/exchange policy will be applied.
Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

Unfortunately due to our intricate curation process, subscription boxes and other curated box collections are not refundable/returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances.
