Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Oceanista purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Item Inspection: Returns must be inspected and approved before a refund is issued.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging, and in original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
  • Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Subscription Boxes, One-Time Boxes, Beach Bundles, Mystery Boxes, Limited Edition Boxes, Mini Curated Boxes
  • Discounted Items, Sale Items, Final Sale Items, BOGO Sale Items
  • Holiday Items, Personalized Items
  • Worn swimwear (per federal law)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact returns@oceanista.com within 15 days of delivery for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Write the RAN on the outside of the box.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice/packing slip and reason for return.
  4. We can provide a return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
  5. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Items returned without a RAN, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item following the steps above and place a new order. Exchanged items and orders using store credit are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges for apparel size exchanges will be billed to the customer unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact returns@oceanista.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after inspection, with no restocking fee.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

Email cancellation or modification requests to customercare@oceanista.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified, and the standard return policy applies.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding due to washing.
  • Oceanista is not liable for any additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred at the time of entry.
  • After 15 days, all sales are final.
