Subscription Box

How do I sign up for the subscription box?

Subscribing to the Oceanista™ subscription box is simple. Once you're on the Oceanista™ subscription box ordering page you should choose whether you want to subscribe to our Seasonal Subscription Plan (every 3 months) or our Pre-Paid One-Year Subscription Plan (4 boxes).  Save 10% when subscribing to our One-Year Subscription Plan!

If you choose to subscribe seasonally (every 3 months), click "ADD TO CART". From there you can "CONTINUING SHOPPING" or "CHECK OUT". Remember, subscription boxes ship free so if you'd like Free Shipping on the rest of your order, now is the time to add to your shopping cart, and receive this extra bonus offer (Valid only during subscription sign-up)!

If choosing our One-Year Subscription Plan, click on the Prepay box that says "Prepay for your subscription & Save 10%." You will automatically be set to receive 4 subscription boxes; one for each season. Then click the "Complete My Subscription" button. From there you can "CONTINUING SHOPPING" or "CHECK OUT". Again, subscription boxes ship free so if you'd like Free Shipping on the rest of your order, now is the time to add more items to your shopping cart and receive this extra bonus offer (valid only during subscription sign-up)! 

Once you enter your payment details you will receive your box every season and you will be billed on the 15th of the first month of each season until you cancel.

When will I be billed and when will I receive my box?

Our subscription box billing and shipping schedule is as follows:

  • Existing customers are billed the 1st of every season.
  • New subscribers are billed the day they sign up (and then on the 1st of each season thereafter).
  • Boxes are shipped within 2 weeks of ordering OR on the date stated “Auto Ship” every season and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box ships.

Example 1: If you Subscribe/Order our Box on November 25th, 5 days prior to our scheduled Auto-Bill date of December 1st, you would receive our Winter Box  if you’d like our Fall Box, and we have some available, you’d specify that in the notes of your order. 

Example 2: Subscribe on April 20th and you will be scheduled to receive your Spring Box. Note: Subscriptions Boxes for that season are while supplies last. If supplies are out, you would be notified and scheduled to receive our Summer Box which would ship in June.

    How do I send a Subscription Box as a gift?

    We only offer One-Year/Annual Subscriptions to be sent as gifts. Gift subscriptions are paid for in full so there are no recurring charges associated with a gift subscription.

    Once you are on the Oceanista™ subscription box ordering page, click the box that says "Prepay for your subscription and save." Click on the box next to "Prepay for your subscription & Save 10%". Then check the box that says, "Is this a gift?" Click "Complete Subscription." Complete your order by filling in the billing/shipping information. You will only be billed one time and the gift recipient will receive one box every season for one full year.

    How do I update my account info?

    If you need to make changes to your subscription, simply login to your customer account by clicking "Manage Subscription" at the bottom of our website at any time and make changes to your shipping address, credit card info, shipping frequency, skip a month and more. If you require assistance, please feel free to contact our customer care team and we will happily assist you!

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    We're sorry to see you go but if you need to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time by clicking "Manage Subscription" at the bottom of the website and clicking cancel subscription. Please note, if you have already been billed for the month, or if you have prepaid ahead a few months you will still receive your final shipment(s) however you will not be billed any further.

    What will be in my box?

    You can expect to receive 4-6 items of hand-picked deluxe beach/nautical inspired jewelry and other essentials such as beauty products, accessories, apparel, health & snack products, and other Artisan items. We will also send out a bonus gift every 3 months, off-season.

    What do I do if something in my box is broken?

    Simply shoot us an email at customercare@oceanista.com with a photo and we'll send out a replacement to you.

    How much is shipping?

    We charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all orders placed on our site with the exception of our subscription boxes. Subscription boxes always ship free!

    When will I receive my order?

    Our products ship directly from the manufacturer and many items are custom made when you place your order. For this reason, our shipping times can vary. Please allow 7-21 days for shipping. Many items can and do arrive much earlier than that, but please do not be alarmed if it takes the full 21 days. 

    I ordered several items but I only received one.

    If you ordered more than one item, your items may arrive in separate shipments if they are produced by different manufacturers. 

    Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us with your concerns and we will either replace it or refund your order. It's up to you.

    RETURN POLICY

    We are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

    Please contact us at customercare@oceanista.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

    OceanistaJewelry.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

    Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

    We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

    The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:

    • Final Sale Items
    • Items Beyond 15 Days Ship To Time
    • Personalized Items

    Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

    Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to www.Oceanista.com and the original return/exchange policy will be applied.

    Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.
