We get it. You're anxious to get your Beach Boutique products and/or Subscription Box, and we are anxious for you to love it!
Beach Boutique
All beach boutique orders are shipped from Irvine, California - Monday through Friday. OCEANISTA does not ship on federal holidays or weekends. Orders opting for expedited shipping (USPS or UPS) that are placed prior to 12:30 p.m. (PST) will be processed and shipped same day; expedited orders placed after 12:30 p.m. (PST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after your order is placed.
Some orders may be delayed during high volume sales periods. OCEANISTA is responsible for shipping on time only as stated by our terms. OCEANISTA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters or occurrences outside of our control.
Shipping charges for some packages in our Beach Boutique are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

One-time boxes
One-time boxes ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges for one-time boxes are flat rate $10.95 within the United States and are subject to change without notice.
If located in the United States you should receive your box within 3-10 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.
Please note: Due to the increase in shipping costs, custom fees, and logistics, we are no longer shipping one-time boxes to international destinations at this time.
Subscription boxes
OCEANISTA is a seasonal subscription box that curates four boxes per year (one each quarter). For new members, boxes ship within 3-5 business days of signing up unless we have switched over to pre-orders for next season's upcoming box (check our subscription box page to see the box status).
Shipping charges for subscription boxes are flat rate $8.95 within the United States.
Subscription boxes begin shipping:
• Spring - March 15
• Summer - June 15
• Fall - September 15 - Delayed
• Winter - December 1-5
Because of global shipping disruptions due to COVID-19 ship start times will vary season to season.
Once we receive your customizations, your first box typically ships within 3-5 business days of placing an order unless we are in the pre-order phase for the next seasonal box.
If located in the United States you should receive your box within 3-10 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.
Please note: OCEANISTA subsidizes shipping costs for our members and most boxes cost an average of $14.50 to ship within the Continental U.S. and as much as $19.50 to Alaska and Hawaii. Please be sure your address is up-to-date in your account prior to your box shipping. OCEANISTA reserves the right to cancel subscription box orders due to excessive shipping costs to remote areas. In this rare case, the customer would be notified and a full refund will be issued.
OCEANISTA is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $8.95 will be charged to reship the package.
OCEANISTA will not be held liable for any additional import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees incurred at the time of entry. Any items or subscription boxes returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, and/or customs fees will not be reshipped and no refund will be processed on your products or subscription.
Due to the increase in shipping costs, custom fees and logistics, we are longer shipping subscription boxes to international destinations at this time for new members.
OCEANISTA reserves the right to cancel subscription memberships.
Shipping promotion
If/when OCEANISTA offers promotions for free or discounted shipping, the promotion applies only to items shipped within the continental U.S. All international orders are excluded from shipping promotions. Shipping costs are automatically discounted during the online checkout process. If an order minimum is required per the terms of the promotional shipping and some items are returned, you may become ineligible for the promotion. In this case, a $7 flat-fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for shipping costs.
